SAT eligibility requirements
- Starting score: Students must have an official Digital SAT score report showing a score of 1250 or lower taken before purchasing Acely. This test must have been taken in the last three months. Students must submit this score report within the first week of subscribing to Acely.
- Acely subscription: Students must maintain a minimum 3-month (90-day) continuous paid subscription to Acely.
- Practice requirements: Students must complete a minimum of 500 SAT practice questions and 10+ full-length Acely SAT practice tests.
- Review: Students must correct all of their mistakes on practice questions and from the full-length practice tests.
- Sole use: The account must be used by the sole registered student.
- Retesting date: You must take an official College Board SAT within 60 days of the end of your Acely subscription period.
- Retesting score: You didn't improve by 200+ points.

ACT eligibility requirements
- Starting score: Students must have an official ACT score report showing a score of 26 or lower, taken before purchasing Acely. This test must have been taken in the last three months. Students must submit this score report within the first week of subscribing to Acely.
- Acely subscription: Students must maintain a minimum 3-month (90-day) continuous paid subscription to Acely.
- Practice requirements: Students must complete a minimum of 500 ACT practice questions and 10+ full-length Acely ACT practice tests.
- Review: Students must correct all of their mistakes on practice questions and from the full-length practice tests.
- Sole use: The account must be used by the sole registered student.
- Retesting date: You must take an official ACT within 60 days of the end of your Acely subscription period.

Claim submission and timeline
Submitting your score improvement guarantee claim is easy!
Within a week of signing up for Acely, you must submit your official SAT or ACT score report that you'll use for the claim.
Once you retake the SAT or ACT, we must receive your official claim request within 30 days of your official test date. To file a claim, please email support@acely.com with the subject line: “Acely Score Improvement Guarantee Claim.”
Include in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Acely account
- Official verifiable electronic copy of your College Board or ACT score report from before your Acely purchase with your name and date clearly visible. This must be the same score report you sent to Acely when you first signed up.
- Official, verifiable electronic copy of your College Board or ACT score report from after your Acely purchase with your name and date clearly visible.
The Acely Team will review your score reports and your Acely account activity to verify practice question completion, test completion, and corrected mistakes. This verification process can take 5-7 business days. The team will email you to let you know if your claim has been accepted, and if it hasn't, the reasons why. Score improvement guarantee claims are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.
General terms and conditions
- First attempt: The guarantee applies only to the first official exam taken after the completion of your study program.
- Timeline: You must take an official College Board SAT or ACT exam within 60 days of the end of your Acely subscription period.
- Identity verification: The Acely account must be used solely by the registered student. Acely reserves the right to audit account activity (e.g., IP addresses, simultaneous logins, completion timestamps). If account sharing or fraudulent activity is detected, the guarantee is immediately void.
- Good faith effort: Acely reserves the right to deny claims where user activity indicates a lack of good faith effort (e.g., “speed-running” through questions in seconds solely to meet volume quotas without a genuine attempt).
- Scope of score improvement guarantee: The refund is strictly limited to the subscription fees paid to Acely during the required 3-month qualifying period. This guarantee does not cover the cost of official exam registrations, taxes (unless required by law), books, tutors, or other third-party expenses.
- Relationship to terms of use: This Policy is subject to the Acely Terms of Use.

No, a PSAT score does not count. The guarantee requires you to submit an official score from either the SAT or the ACT that you took in the last 3 months as your starting baseline score.
